Berries in Basil
Pistachio ice cream and Raspberry & Strawberry sorbet with strawberries & basil syrup.
Ingredients for 1 serving
150 g strawberries
Little basil syrup, cold
1 size 20 scoop Mövenpick Pistachio
1 size 20 scoop Mövenpick Raspberry & Strawberry
2 basil leaves
1 wafer biscuit
Cut the strawberries into quarters, steep in cold basil syrup and arrange on plate. Add the ice cream and sorbet scoops. Garnish with the basil leaves and the wafer biscuit.
