30 g coffee coulis
3 size 20 scoops Mövenpick Espresso Croquant
20 g cream, whipped
1 chocolate covered coffee bean
1 wafer biscuit
Preparation
Plating:
Arrange 10 g of the coffee coulis in a coupe. Add the ice cream scoops. Add the whipped cream and the remaining coffee coulis. Garnish with the chocolate covered coffee bean and the wafer biscuit. Variation: Sprinkle over 1-2 coffee beans, coarsely ground
