Ingredients

Mövenpick Vanilla Dream

For 4

4 brownies with almonds or nuts
80 g double cream (if possible, double crème de la Gruyère)
28 cherries, destoned, in syrup
8 scoops of Mövenpick Vanilla Dream
4 mint leaves
4 g icing sugar

Preparation

Plating:
Place the brownies on a plate.
Add the cream, covering half of the brownie.
Sprinkle the brownie with cherries.
Add the scoops of Vanilla Dream ice cream.
Garnish with mint leaves and dust with icing sugar.
