Ingredients

Mövenpick Vanilla Dream

For 4

4 brownies with almonds or nuts
80 g double cream ( if possible, double crème de la Gruyère)
28 cherries, destoned, in syrup
8 scoops of Mövenpick Vanilla Dream
4 leaves of mint
4 cc icing sugar

Preparation

Plating:
Place the brownies on a plate. Add the cream, covering half of the brownie. Sprinkle the brownie with cherries. Add the scoops of Mövenpick Vanilla Dream ice cream. Garnish with mint leaves and dust with icing sugar.
