Ingredients

Mövenpick Espresso Croquant
Mövenpick Vanilla Dream

For 4

160 g whipped cream
8 large scoops of Mövenpick Espresso Croquant
4 large scoops of Mövenpick Vanilla Dream
8 g cocoa powder
8 g of chocolate shavings
4 biscuits

Preparation

Plating:
Place half the whipped cream on a plate. Add the scoops of Mövenpick ice cream and the rest of the whipped cream. Dust with cocoa powder and sprinkle over chocolate shavings. Decorate with the biscuit.

Alternative:
Sprinkle with 1-2 roughly-ground coffee beans.
