Mövenpick Passion Fruit & Mango
1.5 oz (45 ml) peach syrup
1.5 oz (45 ml) coconut syrup
1.5 oz (45 ml) pineapple juice
2 scoops of Mövenpick Passion Fruit & Mango
Small leaves of mint and redcurrants, for decoration
Pour the peach syrup, coconut syrup, pineapple juice, Passion Fruit & Mango sorbet and 6 ice cubes into a shaker. Shake for 15 seconds. Pass through a sieve into pre-frosted (chilled) tumbler glasses. Serve with 2 ice cubes, a mint leaf and redcurrant garnish.
