Double Cream & Meringues ice cream with a meringue tartlet, strawberries and red berry sauce.
Mövenpick Double Cream & Meringues
240 g of strawberries, cut into slices
8 scoops of Mövenpick Double Cream & Meringues
12 tablespoons of red berry coulis
Some drops of lemon juice
4 cinnamon sticks
4 medium meringues
4 basil leaves
Mix the strawberries with 2/3 of the coulis, the lemon juice and the cinnamon. Cut the meringues in half lengthwise. Place the lower half on the plate, garnish with strawberries and top off with the other half of the meringue. Decorate with the rest of the red berry coulis and a basil leaf. Add the scoops of Mövenpick Double Cream & Meringues ice cream.
