Mini Strawberry Explosion
Strawberry ice cream and strawberry coulis.
160 g strawberry coulis
4 scoops of Mövenpick Strawberry
4 strawberries (in season), sliced 4-8 small leaves of lemon balm
Pour half of the strawberry coulis into a glass bowl, add the scoop of Mövenpick Strawberry ice cream and drizzle the rest of the coulis over in lines. To decorate, use the sliced strawberry and lemon balm leaves.
