Lemon & Lime sorbet with white rum & sugar cane syrup.
Mövenpick Lemon & Lime
3 oz (90 ml) of white rum
3 oz (90 ml) of freshly-pressed lemon juice
1.5 oz (45 ml) of cane sugar syrup
2 scoops of Mövenpick Lemon & Lime Ice cubes
7 oz (200 ml) soda
Leaves of mint for decoration
Pour the rum, sugar cane syrup, Lemon & Lime sorbet and 8 ice cubes into a shaker. Shake for 15 seconds. Pass through a sieve into pre-frosted (chilled) tumbler glasses. Add the soda. Serve with 2 ice cubes and a mint leaf.
