48 cl milk
4 star of anis
10 large scoops of Mövenpick Espresso Croquant
Boil the milk, star of anis and powdered cardamom, then leave to infuse. Leave to cool and sieve into a glass. Add the scoops of Mövenpick Espresso Croquant ice cream.Blend all together and garnish with the biscuit.
