Ingredients

Mövenpick Passion Fruit & Mango For 4
240 g bananas
4 knobs of butter
4 tablespoons sugar
8 large scoops of Mövenpick Passion Fruit & Mango
4 leaves of mint

Preparation

Slice the bananas. Melt the butter in a pan and add the bananas. Caramelize the bananas with the sugar and place on a plate.
Add the scoops of Mövenpick Passion Fruit & Mango sorbet, then garnish with the mint leaves.
