Ingredients

Mövenpick Vanilla Dream

For 4

8 half peaches
80 g raspberry coulis
8 large scoops of Mövenpick Vanilla Dream
80 g whipped cream
20 g flaked almonds, toasted
4 wafers

Preparation

Plating:
Poach the peach halves in syrup, leave to cool and place on the plate. Drizzle with the raspberry coulis and add the scoops of Mövenpick ice cream. Decorate with the whipped cream, the flaked almonds and the wafer.
