Pistachio & Cream
Pistachio ice cream & finely-chopped pistachios.
160 g whipped cream
8 large scoops of Mövenpick Pistachio
20 g finely-chopped pistachio nuts
8-16 small leaves of mint or verbena
Place half the whipped cream on a plate. Add the scoops of Mövenpick ice cream, and the rest of the whipped cream as garnish.Sprinkle with pistachios and decorate with the biscuit and leaves of verbena or mint.
