Strawberry ice cream with mint cream, strawberries & shortbread.

Ingredients

Mövenpick Strawberry

For 4

12 to 16 tablespoons cream
4 sprigs of mint
8 scoops of Mövenpick Strawberry
8 sliced strawberries
4 vanilla shortbread
Icing sugar

Preparation

Plating:
Simmer the cream with some mint leaves. Remove from the heat, leave to cool and remove the mint. Place the mint cream on a plate, with the strawberries and the scoops of Mövenpick ice cream. Decorate with the shortbread and the remaining mint. Dust lightly with icing sugar.
