4-8 boudoir biscuits
160 g of mascarpone and cream mixture
80-120 g red berries (strawberries, redcurrants, raspberries)
4 scoops of Mövenpick Double Cream & Meringues
Place the boudoir biscuits at the bottom of a verrine. Cover the biscuits with 80 g of the mascarpone and cream mixture. Add the red berries and cover with the remainder of the mascarpone and cream mixture. Place the scoop of Mövenpick Double Cream & Meringues ice cream on a plate, next to the verrine.
