Belgian Waffles with Chilli Chocolate Sauce
Swiss Chocolate ice cream with Belgian waffles, chilli chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
4 medium-sized Belgian waffles
6 tablespoons whipped cream
Chilli chocolate sauce
4 scoops of Mövenpick Swiss Chocolate
A little icing sugar
4 mint leaves
Chilli chocolate sauce:
200 ml milk
A little finely-chopped red chilli (or a pinch of powdered chilli)
120 g dark chocolate, chopped
Bring the milk with the chilli to the boil and leave to stand for a moment.
Add the chocolate and melt the mixture in a bain-marie. Reserve and keep warm.
Reheat the waffle, place on the plate and drizzle with the chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
Garnish with physalis, icing sugar and mint.
Serve with a scoop of Mövenpick Swiss Chocolate ice cream.
