Espresso Croquant ice cream with Irish coffee and shortbread.
Ingredients
Mövenpick Espresso Croquant
For 4
4 cups of Irish coffee
4 scoops of Mövenpick Espresso Croquant
Cocoa powder
4 to 8 biscuits
Mint leaves
Irish coffee:
160 ml espresso
80 ml Irish whisky
½ teaspoon cane sugar
80 ml lightly-whipped cream
Preparation
Plating:
Place the Irish coffee on a plate with a scoop of Mövenpick Espresso Croquant ice cream.
Serve with the biscuits and mint leaves.
Dust lightly with cocoa powder.
