Espresso Croquant ice cream mixed with milk flavoured with star anise and cardamom.
Ingredients
Mövenpick Espresso Croquant
For 4
480 ml milk
4 star anise
Powdered cardamom
10 large scoops of Mövenpick Espresso Croquant
4 biscuits
Preparation
Plating:
Boil the milk, star anise and powdered cardamom, then leave to infuse.
Leave to cool and strain into a glass.
Add the scoops of Mövenpick Espresso Croquant ice cream.
Blend together and garnish with the biscuit.
