Ingredients
Mövenpick ice cream of your choice
For 4
600 g fruit salad e.g. mango, kiwi, banana, lychee
120 g mango coulis
24 large scoops of Mövenpick ice cream of your choice
8-16 small mint or lemon balm leaves
8 rolled wafer biscuits
Preparation
Plating:
Arrange the fruit on a plate.
Drizzle with mango coulis.
Place the ice cream scoops on the plate and garnish with mint or lemon balm leaves and rolled wafer biscuits.
Alternative:
Depending on the season, use a mixture of berries with a berry coulis instead of exotic fruits.
