Caramelita ice cream with Belgian waffles, caramel cream and icing sugar.

Ingredients

Mövenpick Caramelita

For 4

4 Belgian waffles
140 ml caramel cream
A little icing sugar
2-3 edible flowers (violets, pansies, etc.)
4 scoops of Mövenpick Caramelita
1-2 tablespoons whipped cream, to taste

Caramel cream:
200 g ground caramel
400 ml milk
80 g butter

 

 

 

Preparation

Plating:
Reheat the waffle, place on a plate, drizzle all over with the caramel cream and dust with icing sugar.
Garnish with the flowers and cream.
Serve with a scoop of Mövenpick Caramelita ice cream.
