80 g chocolate sauce
8 large scoops of Mövenpick Swiss Chocolate
4 small scoops of Mövenpick Raspberry & Strawberry
320 g raspberries
8 g chocolate shavings
4 mint leaves

Preparation

Plating:
Place the chocolate sauce on a plate.
Add the ice cream and sorbet scoops.
Garnish with the raspberries, chocolate shavings and the mint leaf.
