Mini Strawberry Explosion
Strawberry ice cream and strawberry coulis.
160 g strawberry coulis
4 scoops of Mövenpick Strawberry
4 strawberries (in season), sliced
4-8 small lemon balm leaves
Pour half of the strawberry coulis into a glass bowl.
Add the scoop of Mövenpick Strawberry ice cream and drizzle the rest of the coulis over in lines.
Decorate with the sliced strawberries and lemon balm leaves.
