Strawberry ice cream with deglazed strawberries and balsamic vinegar.
Ingredients
Mövenpick Strawberry
For 4
600 g strawberries
150 ml balsamic vinegar
10 g butter
Red fruits
4 scoops of Mövenpick Strawberry
Preparation
Plating:
Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat, add the strawberries and lightly roast them.
Add the vinegar and reduce until a syrupy consistency is achieved.
Decorate with red berries.
Arrange on a plate with a scoop of Strawberry ice cream.
