200 g plums
4 scoops of Mövenpick Crème Brûlée
40 g cream
Preparation
Plating:
Arrange the poached plums in a glass and add the scoop of Crème Brûlée ice cream.
Garnish with whipped cream.
Alternative:
Depending on the season, use cherries, apricots or poached peaches.
