Ingredients

Mövenpick Espresso Croquant  

For 4

80 g whipped cream
80 g coffee sauce mixed with hot espresso
4 scoops of Mövenpick Espresso Croquant
8 g chocolate shavings

Preparation

Plating:
Place the whipped cream in a glass bowl, then drizzle with a line of the coffee sauce mixed with the hot espresso.
Add the scoop of Mövenpick Espresso Croquant ice cream and decorate with chocolate shavings.

Alternative:
Flavour the espresso with a little coffee liqueur.
