Almond & Vanilla with Wild Berries
Almond & Vanilla ice cream with fruits of the forest and raspberry coulis.
Mövenpick Almond & Vanilla
240 g fruits of the forest
Raspberry (or red berry) coulis
4 pieces cone crunch
8-12 ml vanilla sauce
8 scoops of Mövenpick Almond & Vanilla
Verbena leaves and lemongrass
Allow the fruits of the forest to marinate with the raspberry (or other red berry) coulis and arrange them on the cone piece on a plate.
Pour over the vanilla sauce and add the scoops of Almond & Vanilla ice cream.
Garnish with verbena leaves and lemongrass.
