Lemon & Lime sorbet with Blue Curaçao, lemon juice and bitter lemon tonic.

Mövenpick Lemon & Lime
For 2
90 ml Blue Curaçao
90 ml freshly-squeezed lemon juice
200 ml bitter lemon tonic
2 scoops of Mövenpick Lemon & Lime
Ice cubes
½ lime, sliced, and lime zest
Valmistaminen
Plating:
Pour the Curaçao, lemon juice, bitter lemon, Lemon & Lime sorbet and 8 ice cubes into a shaker.
Shake for 15 seconds.
Strain into pre-frosted (chilled) Martini glasses.
Serve with 2 ice cubes and the lime slices and zest.
