Lemon & Lime sorbet with white rum and sugar cane syrup.
Mövenpick Lemon & Lime
90 ml white rum
90 ml freshly-squeezed lemon juice
45 ml sugar cane syrup
2 scoops of Mövenpick Lemon & Lime
200 ml soda
Mint leaves for decoration
Pour the rum, sugar cane syrup, Lemon & Lime sorbet and 8 ice cubes into a shaker.
Shake for 15 seconds.
Strain into pre-frosted (chilled) tumbler glasses.
Add the soda.
Serve with 2 ice cubes and a mint leaf.
