For 4
240 g bananas
4 knobs of butter
4 tablespoons sugar
8 large scoops of Mövenpick Passion Fruit & Mango
4 mint leaves
Valmistaminen
Plating:
Slice the bananas.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the bananas.
Caramelise the bananas with the sugar and place on a plate.
Add the scoops of Mövenpick Passion Fruit & Mango sorbet, then garnish with mint leaves.
