Ingredients

Mövenpick Espresso Croquant  

For 4

80 g whipped cream
80 g of coffee sauce mixed with hot espresso
4 scoops of Mövenpick Espresso Croquant
8 g of chocolate shavings

Preparation

Plating:
Place the whipped cream in a glass bowl, then drizzle a line of the coffee sauce mixed with the hot espresso. Add the scoop of Mövenpick Espresso Croquant and the chocolate shavings as decoration.

Alternative:
Flavour the espresso with a little coffee liquor.
