Swiss Chocolate and Vanilla Dream ice creams, poached pear and chocolate sauce.
160 g chocolate sauce
4 large scoops of Mövenpick Swiss Chocolate
8 large scoops of Mövenpick Vanilla Dream
8 pear quarters (approx. 160 g)
or 4 (approx. 160 g) whole small pears
4 squares "extra-fine dark" chocolate
Arrange the chocolate sauce and the scoops of ice cream on a plate.
Poach the pears in syrup, leave to cool and place on the plate.
Decorate with the chocolate squares and the rest of the chocolate sauce.
