Pistachio & Cream
Pistachio ice cream and finely-chopped pistachios.
160 g whipped cream
8 large scoops of Mövenpick Pistachio
20 g finely-chopped pistachio nuts
8-16 small mint or verbena leaves
Place half of the whipped cream on a plate.
Add the scoops of Mövenpick ice cream and garnish with the rest of the whipped cream.
Sprinkle with pistachios and decorate with the biscuit and verbena or mint leaves.
