Strawberries and Basil
Pistachio ice cream and Raspberry & Strawberry sorbet served with strawberries and basil syrup.
Mövenpick Raspberry & Strawberry
600 g strawberries
Basil syrup (cold)
4 large scoops of Mövenpick Pistachio
4 large scoops of Mövenpick Raspberry & Strawberry
8 basil leaves
Cut the strawberries into quarters and place in the basil syrup on a plate.
Add 1 scoop of Pistachio ice cream and 1 scoop of Raspberry & Strawberry sorbet.
Garnish with basil leaves.
