Ingredients

Mövenpick Vanilla Dream

For 4

400 g mixed berries
80 g strawberry or raspberry coulis
8 large scoops of Mövenpick Vanilla Dream
16-24 fresh berries, various kinds
8-16 small mint or lemon balm leaves
4 biscuits

Preparation

Plating:
Mix the berries with the raspberry or strawberry coulis.
Arrange on a plate and add the ice cream scoops.
Decorate with fresh berries, the mint or lemon balm leaves and the biscuit.
