Ingredients

Mövenpick Passion Fruit & Mango

For 2

45 ml peach syrup
45 ml coconut syrup
45 ml pineapple juice
2 scoops of Mövenpick Passion Fruit & Mango
Ice cubes
Small mint leaves and redcurrants for decoration

Preparation

Plating:
Pour the peach syrup, coconut syrup, pineapple juice, Passion Fruit & Mango sorbet and 6 ice cubes into a shaker.
Shake for 15 seconds.
Strain into pre-frosted (chilled) tumbler glasses.
Serve with 2 ice cubes, a mint leaf and redcurrant garnish.
