8 mini meringues
400 g sliced kiwis
160 g kiwi coulis
4 large scoops of Mövenpick Vanilla Dream
4 large scoops of Mövenpick Passion Fruit & Mango
8-16 small mint or lemon balm leaves

Preparation

Plating:
Arrange the mini meringues on a plate.
Spread the kiwis over the top and drizzle with the kiwi coulis.
Arrange the ice cream sorbet scoops.
Decorate with lemon balm or mint leaves.
