Swiss Chocolate ice cream with white rum and milk.
Ingredients
Mövenpick Swiss Chocolate
For 4
80 ml white rum
80 ml chocolate liqueur (Bols)
80 ml cold milk
4 scoops of Mövenpick Swiss Chocolate
Ice cubes
Chocolate fingers
Preparation
Plating:
Pour the rum, milk, Swiss Chocolate ice cream and 8 ice cubes into a shaker.
Shake for 15 seconds.
Strain into pre-frosted (chilled) whisky glasses.
Serve with 2 ice cubes and the chocolate fingers.
