Double Cream & Meringues ice cream with mascarpone, red berries and red berry coulis.
Mövenpick Double Cream & Meringues
4-8 tablespoons mascarpone
12 tablespoons cream
8 cc raspberry liqueur (or kirsch)
11 tablespoons of red berry coulis
240 g mixed red berries
Icing sugar to taste
4 leaves of lemon balm
8 scoops of Mövenpick Double Cream & Meringues
Mix the mascarpone with the cream and raspberry liqueur until a smooth paste is obtained. Make a pool of this mix on the plate, and pour over 1/3 of the red berry coulis. Mix the red berries with the rest of the coulis and the icing sugar, allow marinating briefly and place on the mascarpone.Decorate with a leaf of lemon balm and add the scoops of ice cream.
