Mövenpick Vanilla Dream

200 g of orange salad
4 scoops of Mövenpick Vanilla Dream
40 g double cream or lightly whipped cream
8 g of chocolate shavings

Plating:
Pour the orange salad into a glass bowl and add the scoop of Mövenpick Vanilla Dream ice cream. Decorate with the double cream or lightly-whipped cream and dust with chocolate shavings.

Alternative:
Depending on the season, instead of the orange salad use 200 g of mixed berries with 80 g of berry coulis.
