Strawberries & Balsamic
Strawberry ice cream with deglazed strawberries & balsamic vinegar.
600 g strawberries
15 cl of balsamic vinegar
10 g butter Red fruits
4 scoops of Mövenpick Strawberry
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, add the strawberries and lightly roast them. Add the vinegar and reduce until a syrupy consistency is achieved. Decorate with red berries. Present on a plate with a scoop of Strawberry ice cream.
