Swiss chocolate owes its unique, gently melting character to conching, a process invented in Switzerland in 1879. It involves heating up the liquid chocolate and then stirring it slowly by hand for a very long while.
CoconutThis classic ice cream features a double act by Sumatra coconut: Coconut milk provides the exotic aroma while the nutty character of the roasted coconut pieces adds intensity to the taste. The stark contrast between authentic Swiss chocolate and exotic coconut flavour results in a spectacular concoction that may come as a surprise.
