Mövenpick Almond & Vanilla
240 g fruits of the forest Raspberry (or red berry) coulis
4 pieces Cone Crunch
8-12 cc vanilla sauce
8 scoops of Mövenpick Almond & Vanilla
Leaves of verbena, lemongrass
Allow the fruits of the forest to marinade with the raspberry (or other red berry) coulis and arrange them on a plate on the cone piece. Pour over the vanilla sauce and add the scoops of Almond & Vanilla ice cream. Garnish with verbena leaves and lemongrass.
