We use two parts of the coconuts from Indonesia in our ice cream. The milk adds an exotic flavour to our cream and we roast and caramelize coconut pieces to create an intense taste. Just don’t tell the Indonesians!

Ingredients: Whole *milk*, *cream (milk* product), sugar, coconut milk (7.7%), glucose syrup (from *wheat*), dextrose (from corn and *wheat*), skimmed *milk* powder, water, coconut (1.5%), starch (tapioca), *whey* powder (*milk* product), *egg* yolk, *milk* proteins, citrus fibres, natural flavourings.
May contain traces of tree nuts.
Store at -18°C or lower.
